Professional Development Enterprise joined us to promote their customer service training, led by Rawle, a professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. While the initial focus was on promoting his training services, he later became a full client. One of our biggest accomplishments together was producing video content that showcased his decades of expertise in customer service, leadership, and personal growth. Though Rawle comes from a generation that isn’t naturally social media savvy, he recognized the importance of having an online presence. With our support, he was able to share his message authentically, expand his reach, and connect with new audiences who value his work.
